CUSTOMER ORDERS & RETURN POLICY
Minimum Order
Minimum order value is £10.00 (+ postage if outside Gibraltar).
Orders are dispatched once we receive Credit / Debit Card Authorisation from your Card Issuer, or when your Cheque is cleared, or when your Payment by Bank Transfer is received.
The majority of our orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days (not guaranteed) of receiving cleared Payment. Deliveries are usually made between 10am and 6pm – Monday-Friday. We will be pleased to quote for either Saturday Delivery or Timed Delivery. Our deliveries are insured for full value of the order.
Returns
You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Refunds
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less delivery charges and cost of accessories missing.
Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Delivery to an International Address - all other countries and destinations
We can deliver orders to most countries, and only accept Payment by Bank Transfer or Credit Cards. Orders are dispatched when your Payment by Bank Transfer or Credit cards is received.
When placing your order, please specify the Country of Destination in the address section. Our Customer Service Representatives will contact you, providing a written confirmation of the prices (excluding VAT outside the EC Countries), the method of delivery, delivery charges and insurance.
Your order will only be processed after receiving your acceptance of the Delivery Charges.
Please note that you will be liable for all Customs Duties, Customs Clearance Charges, VAT and any other incidental charges due to the forwarding / clearing agents in your Country. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information.
